becarella's jots on yogogo

We're going to race the incoming storm to get home. 3 miles and over the bridge we go (on foot).
Last week's average daily stats: 10,436 steps, 4.56 miles, 5 hours and 22 minutes of sleep. I didn't record sleep every night, so maybe I actually sleep more?
Logging the steps to the bar has the same feel as running to Dunkin Donuts, except 100x lazier.
My avg. daily fitbit #fitstats for last week: 10,844 steps and 4.8 miles traveled. http://www.fitbit.com/user/226G5F
2864 steps for a 30-minute step aerobics video. I think that will go up as I figure out the moves.
Calibrated our fitbits at the track. 1 lap around the track in lane 5 registered as 0.26 miles. That sounds close enough. http://4sq.com/pFaApd
1800 steps from home to the makery via subway. Not sure how many of those are stairs. A lot.
11500 steps to checkout out the new segment of the Highline with a stop at the Apple store.
It's 3400+ steps to go to Whole Foods.
It's over 7000 steps from the makery to home. Thanks, fitbit.
Fitbit says my sleep efficiency was 94% last night. I'm good.
Step aerobics from youtube videos. Not ideal, but better than nothing!
1 hour walk home from the Makery. Started out stifling, but ended up nice and breezy. Just missed the rain. Win.
1 hour walk home -- did not get rained on! Did have a cat jump on my lap and purr when I sat down. <3 life
55 minute walk home from the makery -- no backpack!!
60 minute walk home, planks, jump rope.
My mom got me a jump rope! If I jump just right, it shouldn't annoy any neighbors. Good stuff.
60 minute walk home through gorgeous weather and one active film set. I stopped until they said 'cut'.
We skipped the gym this morning (on day #2 of our new workout schedule!) but we'll walk home again to make up for it. I think that makes up for it. Close enough.
3 mile walk home. I had to stop to tie my shoes twice. Anyone else have a problem with their shoelaces? Just me? Ok.
Quick walk in the sunshine to ward off the crankies caused by fussing with the new reg page layout.
I looked into putting yogogo back up on heroku using amazon rds, but that turned out to be surprisingly expensive as far as amazon web services usually go. :-(
Made it back to the gym for the first time in...well. Jog/walked for 25 minutes. Need to get up to a 3k by the end of April to run with my mom when she visists.
