c25k week 2, day 1 completed in the cold rain with audiobook. i finished during a particularly dramatic faceoff b/w the heroine vampire and her ex-lover vampire who had turned evil and was holding her friends hostage.
Week 1, day 3 of couch-to-5k completed at the Treasure Island fitness center! Vegas is also the best for steps. Everything is on a wildly different scale. You don't notice it takes 10k steps just to get breakfast. I hope the fitbit buffers the week.
I completed week 1, day 2 of couch to 5k before we leave for Vegas. Guess who I ran into at the track. @laurenleto! Such a small town.
Started couch-to-5k this morning in order to run a Thanksgiving 5k with the family!

So I think I could squeeze an elliptical machine into the apartment. Question is, assuming I get a good machine: would I work out more frequently at home than I do at the gym? It *feels* like I would, but maybe I'd dig deeper into my bag of excuses.
1st day in Seattle is about to get started with 2 hours of step and pilates classes at my aunt's gym. I meant to go to my gym more than twice in the past 2 weeks to prepare. At least I brought advil!
I don't think the production quality of workout videos has improved since Jane Fonda. At least the ones available on Netflix streaming.
YoGoGo is back up! My points are miserable. Time management fail + cold weather are beating my will power. Advice? Admonishments? Help!
